The vineyards are situated in an excellent position, occupying both the plains and hillsides of the DOC Collio area, which is subjected to strong thermal waves by night and day, mild temperatures and a constant breeze from the nearby Adriatic Sea.
The soil is principally composed of marlstone, rich in mineral salts and ideal for wines.
